We use Australia Post as our shipping partner. Our aim is to deliver your bask purchase as quickly as possible and are working hard to do so. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

With our immediate dispatch of goods, delivery of your bask purchase should be received within 2-5 working days. Please note that orders can take up to 8 -10 working days (particularly for rural areas). As we use Australia Post eparcel service, you will receive an email from them indicating the tracking number for your shipment at the time the order has been picked up. You can track this shipment through the Australia Post eparcel tracking service - auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track

As we send all orders using registered post, a signature is required on delivery. Please provide your full details when supplying the address and receiver’s name. If using a business address, please also provide the full business name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office.

We use Australia Post as our shipping partner, this will be calculated automatically on purchase.
