Returns / Exchange
At bask it is important to us you are happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. It is important you have the following when starting the return process:
Online Proof of purchase, Items are in the same condition as originally purchased & the hygiene sticker is in place.
Please note, the cost of returning any item will be at the cost of the customer.
Create a return with Australia Post
For all in-store purchases please refer to your receipt and individual store policies. Please contact the store you purchased from to obtain store policies.
Exchange Policy
Please see the online returns/exchanges process as above. bask offer a direct exchange if the new request is the same value of your original purchase. Should your exchange request be of a higher value, you will need to provide credit card details for this difference. If your exchange request is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as credit to put towards any future purchase.
Exchange Terms and Conditions
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition to include, online proof of purchase & the hygiene sticker must be in place
Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged.
